Hi! I'm Joel Thomas, founder of PaidSurveyMall. I've recomended internet survey taking for a number of years with my review at OnlineBusinessReviews. I've done so because I was successful at it. Unfortunately, things have changed in the paid survey taking market in the last several years. Many companies have sprung up claiming to be legitimate Market Research Companies (MRCs), but they are not. They are only interested in getting you to buy something or to sell your address or phone number to telemarketers. There ARE hundreds of legitimate MRC's out there. But most people get turned off by the "bad apples" before they ever get a chance to succeed with paid surveys. My goal with PaidSurveyMall is to change all that.
I was tired of having people email me and tell me that they paid $35 to join a paid survey site only to have it not work out and thinking that I was a scam artist. I'm not.
So I decided to open PaidSurveyMall and let everyone try out survey taking for cash. Why didn't I just do this inthe first place? Well, setting up and maintaining a website is a big job. But the time was right to do it. Now, if you decide to try making moeny by taking surveys you can do it risk free. If it doesn't work out, you aren't out anything exept a bit of your time.
You see, the fact is, like any business or activity, some people will not succeed where others have. I can honestly tell you that I have made money taking surveys online. I can also tell you that I don't do it much anymore because I have discovered much better ways to make money online. But for those who are starting out, it can be a great way to make a little extra spending money. But there is no way that I can predict whether you will succeed.
Here's an example to make my point: I play golf. If I take a series of 4 lessons and my handicap goes down by 5 strokes, that's a real benefit to me. I can advise you that if you take the same 4 lesson series, it should improve your game. Can I guarantee that you will pare 5 strokes off your handicap? Of course not. There is no way for me to know all the different variables. In fact, those same lessons may not improve your golf game at all. So it is with online paid survey taking. I can tell you what I did, and I can give you steps that have helped me and the vast majority of people who have implemented them, but I can't guarantee that you will succeed.
Why Should You Trust Me?
Trust develops through relationships and over time. All I can say is, stick around for a while. Shoot me an email and see if I don't reply personally. I know it is awfully hard to trust people thses days, especially online. I'm not asking you to trust me on blind faith -- just to give me a chance to show you that I am trustworthy.
For those who don't already know, I am a Christian pastor serving a small country church in Southern Arizona. I'm married to a beautiful wife and have 6 lovely children. We have a pretty busy household with a dog and few fish. I love to garden, play golf and go trout fishing. I also dabble in classical guitar and was trained as a computer programmer. I've been programming computers as a hobby and avocation since 1981.
